I won't ever use this company again. It took 3.5 weeks to get my nail kit. The base coat was dried up and completely unable. I responded to them and got a reply. They said they'd send a replacement. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing. I sent another email and no response. I can't use the kit without the base coat unless I try another brand. Not worth the hassle. The company is based in China. Had I known that I wouldn't have bothered.

I was a little skeptical of this, because of the price. But I ended up loving it! One thing about it - I applied the base coat and after I cured it, it was a little sticky. So I thought the lamp wasn't working. But this is normal, and you can just apply the first layer of color over it and then it will cure. Everything in the kit is good quality...even the cuticle pusher and cuticle nippers. I don't think I'll ever go back to regular polish again.

I ordered polygel and other items from Modelones website on 5/12/22. As of today, 5/24/22 I STILL have not received any of the items I ordered. The last tracking update from DHL shipping was on 5/21/22, with no estimated delivery time frame listed. I definitely will NOT be ordering anything from Modelones ever again!

I ordered a few items off the website and 2 days later my package came in and once I opened it there were missing items I only received 1 item and have been trying to get ahold of them but they aren’t responding I honestly wouldn’t recommend buying from them they don’t have a phone number you can call to speak to a real person and the email they provide it just a message they send to everyone with an issue they aren’t real responses.

Ordered my colored Arylics on October 20th, they gave me a tracking number which was invalid, they sent me updates on my order a few days after I order, and now Nothing, I've been trying to email them its not going through the old messages I've sent to them via text have disappeared,so I resort to messaging them on facebook.. but the page I spoke to them on before have also disappeared, I think it's a scam site...be careful

Has anyone experience Them saying the item cost at least 140 and then they take over 200 out of you bank acoount I've been trying to get a hold of them for ages it's pissing me off cause no ones replying back to me Im so annoyed how they can just take our money but not reply back to a message

I've used Modelones 3 times but it has ruined my nails and nail bed. After using it my hands We're puffy, itchy, and swollen. Cracked my skin. Lifted my nails. Its been over a year and my nails haven't healed. Its so embarrassing to have me nails this way. I've gone to the dermatologist w very little improvement. This should be taken of the market it has some kind of chemicla that cause a severe allergic reaction.

I was hesitant to order because of the reviews but I did anyways. After a few days I realized I never received a confirmation email or a tracking number so I reached out to their customer support. I had typed my email incorrectly when checking out. Within 24 hours they responded with my tracking number and I was able to track it until delivery

Cannot for the life of me find a proper explanation of how to use the blooming gel polish. The instructions provided were lacking at best and every video was the same, someone as clueless as me trying to explain. I just want to know is there a special base coat? Because it does not bloom even with the activator. It dries way to fast.

Took me over a month to get my products then they came and they are super tiny compared to the pictures on the website. I was quite disappointed yet again in this company. I buy from other companies and their dip powders are way larger and these are little itty bitty things. As well as it came wrapped like a child did it with tape all around it in every direction. I would never purchase from this company again.

5 weeks to receive my order but so totally worth it. Thankyou will order again soon as the size of the products at the price is worth the wait, I’ve given 5 stars because apart from the long shipping which they warn you about prior placing the order, everything came packed perfectly and very happy with the products. Thank you

I placed two orders over $50 each as there were supposed to include "free gifts"...which I did not receive (6w UV lamp) Nor did I receive some of the product I paid for. I emailed them several times (bc there is no customer service phone #) I also patiently waited about 2 months for my product to arrive. I will never order from them again. To date Modelone has NOT tried to resolve the issue. M. Pierce

Terrible customer service just keep repeating the same emails that don’t answer your query. Parcel has now been missing for over a month have had confirmation from the main sorting centre in the UK advising it hasn’t arrived. They still won’t refund me or resend the items order, just advise to keep waiting due to COVID. I have had zero issue with any other parcel I have ordered in the last month from overseas they have all arrived on time no problems.

DO NOT ORDER FROM MODELONES. I placed an order on December 8, 2020 and I still HAVE NOT received my order. I emailed Modelones customer service and they didn't have the decency to reply. I couldn't find a phone number for them. This order was for a gift and I was left hanging. I am now forced to call my bank to get my money back. I WOULD HAVE CHECKED A NO STAR RATING BUT THAT WASN'T AN OPTION!

I ordered products, I thought was Canada..
Canada post knows nothing, they said its probably on a boat...I have being texting like crazy, asking for refunds, I started contact with them because I saw the reviews a little to late...I would of ordered on wish or Aliexpress if I would of known it was CHINA
